Barry Bonds, the home run king, was found guilty of obstruction of justice yesterday afternoon. The jurors failed to reach a verdict on the other three counts, so the trial will continue. I think this trial goes way beyond Barry, to most all the players in his league, as many avid baseball fans have doubted titles won, both individually and as a team, because of the effects of steroids. My verdict, more important than putting retired players on trial, we should find a better way to make sure NO ONE is on steroids to bring baseball back to it's former, untainted, glory.
