Utah to sew the BCS???

As we know, in college football, everyone wants to get a bowl game, or better known as a BCS game. More importantly, each team wants to reach the National Championship game. However, to get to any of the BCS games, it is very tricky and some say it is not very fair. There are about six BCS conferences around the country where who ever wins their conference, they will get an automatic bid to a BCS game. But what about the other teams who are not in a BCS conference?? For example, a team like Utah who recently has been a powerhouse for their football program. Utah is in the Mountain West Conference, which is not a BCS conference. So in order for them to even have a chance at a BCS game, they have to have an outstanding schedule and record. However, even this is not enough sometimes. Last year, Utah had a phenomenal team, proving to be one of the best college football teams in the country. They definitely deserved a spot in the BCS National Championship game, but because they were not in a BCS league, they did not get in. Why? Well this is an issue that the University of Utah is dealing with right now. In college football, I do not think it is fair how they decide who gets to go to which BCS game and who does not. I do not blame Utah for sewing because it is not fair. Maybe this will be the year that some things change in the game of college football.
